Shipping speeds include both production and delivery times. Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET are processed the following business day.

1. Do shipping times include production?
Yes. All delivery estimates include both production and shipping time.

2. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Rush (2 business days) is available for select products and destinations. Availability is shown during checkout.

3. Are shipping times guaranteed?
Yes. You’ll see a promised delivery date at checkout. If your order doesn’t arrive on time, contact us for support.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available within the continental U.S. on orders over $100. ProAdvantage Premium customers enjoy free shipping on orders over $60.

5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, and you can view updates in your Order History.

6. Which carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and local carriers, depending on product, location, and shipping speed.

7. Can I use my own shipping provider?
No. Due to our production process, we can’t accommodate custom shipping requests.

8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. See the international destinations listed above. Not all products are eligible for international shipping.

9. My package hasn’t arrived today. What should I do?
Wait until 8 PM local time. If it still hasn’t arrived, check tracking in your Order History or contact us.

10. What if my package is returned to sender?
Contact us. We’ll help get it re-shipped or refunded as appropriate.
