Yes. Youβll see a promised delivery date at checkout. If your order doesnβt arrive on time, contact us for support.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available within the continental U.S. on orders over $100. ProAdvantage Premium customers enjoy free shipping on orders over $60.
5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Youβll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, and you can view updates in your Order History.
6. Which carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and local carriers, depending on product, location, and shipping speed.
7. Can I use my own shipping provider?
No. Due to our production process, we canβt accommodate custom shipping requests.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. See the international destinations listed above. Not all products are eligible for international shipping.
9. My package hasnβt arrived today. What should I do?
Wait until 8 PM local time. If it still hasnβt arrived, check tracking in your Order History or contact us.
10. What if my package is returned to sender?
Contact us. Weβll help get it re-shipped or refunded as appropriate.
