Absolutely! Most of our products can be customized with your own text, logo, or design. You'll be guided through the customization process on each product page.

3. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, choose your product, upload your design or customize it online, and proceed to checkout. If you need help placing your order, feel free to contact us.

4. What file types do you accept for uploads?

We accept common image formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, and SVG. For best results, we recommend high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher).

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping option.

6. Do you offer rush or expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout depending on the product and your location. Please contact us if you need help with urgent orders.

7. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Because we start processing customized orders quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing the order. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re committed to delivering high-quality products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at accounts@charmnetworkglobal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

9. Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

10. Is my personal information secure?

Yes. We use secure payment gateways and never store or share your payment details. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our service to other countries in the near future.
